1. You are allowed (1) vote per State. (50) votes maximum per person. To be eligible to vote you must have a valid email address, and be over 13 years of age.
2. Winners will be determined by highest vote counts. 1 winner per state and 1 runner-up per state will be awarded.
3. Voting will take place between January 1, 2006 - December 31, 2006.
4. All received votes will be counted electronically and results will be announced on HauteSalons.com - Tuesday January 2, 2007.
5. Only registered HauteSalons.com users are eligible for nomination in the Top 100 of 2005. Salons not already members of HauteSalons.com, may register here.
6. First & Second Prize winners (per state) will be presented with a HauteSalons Top 100 trophy by mail or in person within 20 days of content closing.
7. All winners will have the "Top 100 Winner" seal added to their profile on HauteSalons.com, and provided a graphical image for use on other Internet media of their choosing.
8. Winning salons will receive promotional advertising throughout the month of January 2007 both on the home page of HauteSalons.com as well as in the weekly newsletter to our subscribers.
